Captain Marvel is the upcoming installment in the Marvel cinematic universe. The film will be released on March 8.

“We’re seeing fantastic advance ticket sales for Captain Marvel because it’s a historic film for Marvel studios, one that fans have been waiting to see for a decade,” Fandango’s Erik Davis said.

Presale tickets have already outpaced films such as “Captain America: Civil War”, “Ant-Man And The Wasp”, “Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol.2”, and “Doctor Strange”.With an estimated one hundred million dollars in the box office already within the past 24-hours

“From my knowledge, I don’t think they made a Captain Marvel movie yet,” Treyn Burrow said. “And since this one is going to be about a girl, it’s really going to change a lot of things.”

Not only are students planning to see this movie, but WHS teachers are also looking forward to seeing it as well.

“I haven’t seen a Marvel film in a while but I do plan on seeing it with my 7th-grade son,” Coach Dolan said.

The presale tickets are expected to surpass more financially successful MCU films such as “Avengers: Infinity War” and “Black Panther”.
